Account Manager - Spanish Speaking

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager with fluent Spanish (Portuguese or other European languages also welcome) to join our growing international team. This role is focused on managing day-to-day client accounts, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring all requests and queries are handled efficiently
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients (and wider international accounts) via email, phone, and video calls
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Monitor order progress, logistics, and deliveries, keeping clients fully informed
• Prepare reports and updates for clients and senior management
• Work collaboratively with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken). Additional languages such as Portuguese, Italian, or French are a plus
• Strong written and spoken English for internal communication
• Experience in account management, customer service, or sales support is a plus
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be comfortable meeting clients and appearing in promotional videos and content
