Sales Executive

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Liverpool, United Kingdom, Ultracell is a globally recognised battery manufacturer. We export to over 106 countries and specialise in a wide range of battery technologies, including lithium, lead-acid, OpzS, OpzV, lead carbon, and gel batteries.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving new business development in the energy storage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective customers
• Prepare and submit competitive quotations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide customer solutions
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in CRM system
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technical products
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in battery/energy storage industry is advantageous
• Additional languages are a plus
